Google SketchUp 6… Is a free download that is akin to the old CAD type of program. With just a few simple tools, you can create 3D models of houses, sheds, decks, home additions, woodworking projects - even space ships.
This is an easy to use way to build a model that you can show, E-mail or upload to a Website to present your ideas to clients or customers.
I used it when I redesigned my own office and it was a good way to visualize space, furniture and how everything would fit and look before I made any purchases.
Google does have a Paid Professional version available, but this one works just fine for the Small Business trying to rearrange Office Space or imagine what your new office could look like.

Snippy… is a lightweight, downloadable, Screen Capture tool that is fairly easy to use. Made to be used with Windows XP, it can be used with other versions with GDI+ installed.

FastStone Screen Capture v 5.2 … is a powerful, flexible and intuitive screen-capture utility. It allows you to capture anything on the screen including windows, objects, full screen, rectangle regions, freehand-selected regions and scrolling windows/web pages.
I have just started using on one of my other Blogs as a test and I found it is simple to install and to use.
